Returns for Damaged or Defective Items
We have a 30-day return policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, meaning you will have 30 days after receiving your order to report an issue and request a return.

- We need to verify damages, defects, and incorrect items, which will require you to upload photos of the item(s).

How to Start a Return
To start a return, please complete the form on our Contact Us page using the email address associated with your order. To make the process faster, please include your order number and upload photos of the item(s) so we can confirm the issue.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- We will also confirm whether you would like your item(s) replaced or if you would prefer a refund.
- As soon as we receive your package, we will ship the replacement item(s) or process your refund.
- Please note that any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How Refunds Are Processed
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will reach out to confirm your request for a refund.
- If confirmed, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
